Hi, I’m Laura! I went from overweight, unfit smoker and addicted to sugar in my 20s to lean, fit and vibrant in my 40s with a keto and alkaline diet. I’m a Nutritionist, Keto Master Certified Coach, former Medical Research Manager in the NHS and author of ‘The 21-Day Alkaline Diet Plan’ & ‘The Alkaline 5 Diet’.
