I’ve currently written two major-published books. But please note, I don’t support a vegan/pant-based diet anymore. The Lord delivered me from that over 7 years ago. So I’d recommend my newer work and coaching that will truly help you in your pursuit of health in a much more comprehensive and effective way. In 2015 on Easter Monday, my first book The Alkaline 5 Diet was published worldwide by Hay House.

In 2019, I was head-hunted by a publisher in California, Callisto Media, who asked me to write another plant-based health and recipe book. So in October 2019, my second book The 21-Day Alkaline Diet Plan was released and has been very popular.

NOTE: As I mentioned above, both of these books have meal plans and recipes in and they are 100% plant-based, not keto, nor aligned with a more Biblical way of eating. I have created this page more for your reference and to show that I have a long-established coaching and publishing career in health – that has taken me on various twists and turns! Let my decades of experience and increased and refined wisdom benefit you and help you to avoid the same mistakes I made!

I wrote my first book as a high carb vegan and, whilst I stand by its core health principles and message, I no longer promote this way of eating, but rather a lower carb omnivorous diet – with a focus on alkaline greens foods too.

For people wanting to tackle blood sugar and metabolic disease issues, I highly recommend the ketogenic diet.
