I’ve currently written two major-published books:

In 2015 on Easter Monday, my first book The Alkaline 5 Diet” was published worldwide by Hay House.

In October 2019, my second book “The 21-Day Alkaline Diet Plan” was published by Callisto Media.

NOTE: Both of these books have meal plans and recipes in and they are 100% plant-based, not keto.

I wrote my first book as a high carb vegan and, whilst I stand by its core health principles and message, I no longer promote this way of eating, but rather a low carb, high fat and ketogenic diet – with a focus on alkaline foods too.
